Lost star Evangeline Lilly was stunned to discover superstar George Clooney was a huge fan of her work on the hit show.

Lilly, who had only ever worked as an extra before landing the role, knew she had made it when Clooney approached her.

She says, “George Clooney tapped me on the shoulder and whispered, ‘I love your show!’ I was like, ‘Wow! That’s so cool!‘”

Yesterday a big demonstration took place at Washington DC named Save Darfur I’ve never heard of it before but from their website it seems that there is a genocide taking place there and the world had failed to help (so far). Anyways, from Clooney’s speech:

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly looking for godparents for their upcomming baby. George Cloony is in the run on Brad’s side while Angelina would rather have her brother (yea the one she french kissed…). If it comes down to having a baby girl, it better not be the brother, as he may try to kiss her too…

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been discussing potential godparents for their baby.

While Pitt wants to ask celebrity friend George Clooney to be godfather, it seems that he can’t agree with Jolie on the decision.

“Ange wants ex-lesbian-lover Jenny Shimizu and her brother James Haven,” a friend told the Daily Star. “Brad wants George Clooney.”

George Clooney who had been criticized for appearing in TV commercials replys to those who criticized him saying that commercials are not beneath him (as long as they are of good quality), and added:

“You want to have a product you are proud of and not embarrassed by,” he commented, saying of his latest work for Nespresso: “It’s really classy.”

“You don’t want to do ones that aren’t classy,” continued the star. “That’s the truth. That’s the secret to it.”

Clooney also revealed respect for the work that goes into adverts.

“I’ve never directed a commercial but I think it seems to be a lot harder to do a commercial.” He said a movie gives much more time to tell a story. “A commercial has to be much more about the visual style and has to happen very quickly.”

So far he had made commercials for Martini, Budweiser and Nescafe. What’s next?

What seemed to be a lost battle had finally changed it face (at lease partially). The free DVD’s did their job, and George Clooney had been found.

Gawker is aparently getting desperate. Their “Stalker” cannot find George Clooney… They decided to offer incentives to those who will take a picture via camera phone, 2 DVD’s of Ocean’s 11 & 12. However, so far they have no luck… Clooney is still running free… They even made a shirt for the occasion, but still no George…

So what does an honorable blog such as Gawker does after bagging, and posting (about it 5 times in one day) should do? They started posting smack…

That is LLLAAAAMMMMEEEE guys, learn how to lose. People start to talk, you know, and it is not too nice…

Just another example that Clooney has a tid bit class over the average male, he said NO to Lindsey Lohan (L.Lo).

Us Weekly says Lohan tried but failed to bag the Oscar winner recently at New York’s Bungalow 8.

According to the celeb mag, the teen queen used her full bag of wiles on the actor (presumably starting with the previously sure-fire, “Hi! I’m Lindsay Lohan”). Sadly, a spy says, George wasn’t biting. They left the club separately.

I know quite a few that would take the opportunity to go with this girl, whose in the news for some rather un-flattering reasons. From bulemia, to just being a skank, this kids movie star is high up there for nothing.

And speaking of L.Lo and class, she aparently doesn’t have one… She recently got busted flashing a group of 11 year olds at the Kid’s Choice awards…

Last Friday, George Clooney had decided that Gawker Stalker is a threat to him and his fellow celebrities and had launched an attack against Gawker.

His idea was to bombard the site with hundreds of fake sightings of himself and others in order to “confuse the enemy” and hide himself. And the result? Gawker had posted earlier today that George Clooney’s Evil Plan Succeeds:

On Friday, via an email sent from his publicist Stan Rosenfield, Oscar-winning ER doctor George Clooney commanded the masses to sabotage Gawker Stalker by sending us fake submissions. And oh, how they’ve responded to Clooney’s battle cry — our inbox was indeed flooded with hundreds of sightings, almost all of which were of George Clooney. We’re sure that’s exactly what he meant.

Some of the sightings listed mentioned:

Just saw George Clooney at the Peninsula. He had a mustard stain on his jacket, was kissing a Mexican woman and eating a watermelon.

George Clooney has been sighted in Portland, Oregon! He was walking downtown by the Schnitzer Concert Hall and was wearing jeans with a hole in the knee (guess business isn’t too good!) and a long-sleeved grey/blue shirt.

i saw George in Philadelphia at Le Bec Fin’, a high end restaraunt in the heart of the city. He was very brief in his entrance and I believe he snuck out the back b/c i NEVER SAW HIM LEAVE THROUGH THE FRONT!

I saw george clooney outside the gawker.com offices just a minute ago.
